Return & Exchange Policy

Return Process

1.1. To initiate a return, customers must contact our EcoPaack Customer Service department within 30 days of receiving the product. Our Customer Service team will provide return instructions and issue a return label, if applicable.

1.2. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse using the provided return label or a reputable shipping method. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Process

2.1. Once the returned product is received in our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements.

2.2. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date the returned product is received and approved in our warehouse. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

3.1. We offer a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Order Value over $250

4.1. For orders with a total value exceeding $250, full returns or refunds may not be applicable. In such cases, only defective products or partial quantities may be eligible for replacement or refund. Please contact our Customer Service department for further assistance regarding specific orders.

Restocking Fee

5.1. A restocking fee may apply for certain returned items. The restocking fee amount will be determined based on the product type and condition. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount or specified during the return process.

Product Packaging and Condition

6.1. Returned products should be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Please ensure that all original accessories, tags, labels, and documentation are included.

Used Products and Food Safety

7.1. As EcoPaack deals with food products, any used or opened product cannot be resold to other customers due to health and safety regulations. Therefore, refunds for used products may be provided on a partial basis, subject to inspection and evaluation. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate refund amount based on the product's condition.

7.2. If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact our Customer Service department immediately. We will provide instructions for return and issue a replacement or refund accordingly.
